What you will do in your working day

Key responsibilities:

Client Identification and Relationship Management:

  • Identify potential clients and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to understand their needs and effectively promote our platform and services
  • Platform presentation and demonstrations 
  • Present our platform/services to potential clients, highlighting features, advantages, and benefits to meet their specific requirements
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win situation and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets 
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using our CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market analysis to present to the management team

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards completing a level 3 Business Administrator qualification
  • Training will delivered mostly remotely with some face to face teaching by EEVT
  • The employer will give you time out of your working week to focus on your qualification
