Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a business administrator to work with "No Labelz” a housing project for 18-25 year old's who are from the LGBTQ+ community who are facing homelessness. Working with the project manager and support staff, full training will be provided, you will be over seeing the daily administration of the organisation.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required
- Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner and provide refreshments when appropriate external resources
- Data entry (in-house training provided)
- Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
- Assist with production of community events, breakfast club and coffee mornings
- Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
- Diary co-ordination
- Assistance with marketing; to include, events, campaigns, website, social media accounts
This apprenticeship will give you the skills and qualifications to effectively work with and offer support to vulnerable members of the public, including members of the LGBTQ community.
In the role, you will develop new skills and capabilities to help with the challenges our clients may be facing, and our close knit team will be there to help along the way.
Some of the work is public facing, where you will be presented with clients that have complex needs. You will also help deliver community groups to the homeless and other vulnerable groups.
This is a challenging but rewarding role calling upon multiple skills, requiring mental resilience, adaptability and perseverance.

You will work closely with a lot of people in almost all of the other departments inside the organisation. You may also have to build relationships with professionals that are outside the business.
