    A competitive starting salary of between £17,924 - £18,475 rising during each year of the scheme; 33 days of holiday (which includes statutory holidays); a pension scheme and medical support schemes.

What you will do in your working day

  • As part of this apprenticeship, you will learn how to maintain the equipment and facilities necessary to keep the market leading truck factory at peak condition.
  • Exposure to all aspects of scheduled and non-scheduled electrical/mechanical maintenance on plant and equipment.
  • Working as part of a multifunctional maintenance team you will learn how to carry out both scheduled and none scheduled electrical/mechanical maintenance on the plant and equipment i.e cranes & lifting equipment, control systems, & pneumatic tooling.

The training you will be getting

  • 4 year Apprenticeship
  • Level 4 HNC in Engineering and a Mechatronics Apprenticeship Standard
  • Training 2000 on an initial 12-month release followed by day release

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Completing a Level 3 Mechatronics Apprenticeship Standard and a Level 4 Engineering HNC, you will have the opportunity to follow an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance pathway.
