About the employer

Established in 2008, we are a boutique IT recruitment agency specialising in specific, niche HR and Finance systems for clients all around the world. Established in 2008 as an Oracle PeopleSoft specialist Recruitment agency, Lucas Kennedy were a market leader in this space and had developed a trusted reputation with clients and candidates all around the world. In 2011, cloud-technology had become a key innovator of change and our clients HCM and Finance teams began searching for an alternative to their on-premise ERP systems. Many of our existing clients regarded Workday® as the solution of choice however, the candidate market was almost non-existent with very few customers having already implemented Workday® at that time. Given that Workday® was created by the same founder as PeopleSoft, it was the natural transition for not only our clients, but also the many PeopleSoft skilled Consultants we had placed over the years and of course, Lucas Kennedy.
