What you will do in your working day

  • Duties will include providing administrative support to the team, responding to e-mails and telephone enquiries, and updating internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements, together with great attention to detail for ensuring data is recorded accurately in our IFS system
  • Maintain electronic and manual systems, including data inputting, in an efficient and effective manner
  • Arranging, coordinating and communicating details for meetings, training and events
  • Preparing and editing correspondences and presentations
  • Supporting the Supply Chain department with purchasing requirements
  • General basic administration duties, including filing, photocopying and scanning

The training you will be getting

  • One day a month at Telford College 
  • Regular assessor visit support with portfolio work
  • Level 3 Business Administrator
