In these departments you will receive training on how they work and will actually be a fully contributing member of the team.

This will require the candidate to work on various shift patterns over the 3 years.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On completion of the Chartered Managers Degree qualification it is anticipated that the candidate will join our Production Management Team as a department supervisor (salary circa £29,000 pa). With the responsibility for that department and reporting directly to the Shift Manager. You will then have responsibility for ensuring your department achieves agreed performance targets, training and health and safety of the employees under your management control.
