What you will do in your working day

For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards a Business Administration level 3 qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will spend about 80% of your time in work and 20% to studying toward your qualification.

You will also be supporting the following:

  • Managing and placing customer orders using our internal technological systems
    Communicating directly with customers and dealing with any queries
  • Producing and generating customer reports to showcase the service being provided
  • Reaching out to our partners including the likes of Apple, Microsoft, and Dell for information regarding customer orders
    Collaborating and working closely with internal teams to ensure an efficient service to our customers
  • Building your network across the business and maintaining key working relationships
  • Studying toward Level 3 Business Administration qualification

The training you will be getting

  • You will receive a qualification in Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • The training will be delivered in a hybrid approach, which will be one day a week

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon the completion of the apprenticeship programme, there are a number of roles available supporting our inside sales team
