What you will do in your working day

  • Management of the care farm Directors email and online diary
  • Management of the care farms client diary
  • General administration tasks such as filing, printing, laminating
  • Answering the phone and making appointments
  • Creating documents and supporting the processes and procedures of the care farm
  • Invoice management including creating and sending invoices, monitoring payments
  • Procurement of general supplies for the care farm including animal feed, general supplies

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • You will attend Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce
  • Training once a week based in Radford, Coventry
