What you will do in your working day

An opportunity to join our expanding team has arisen at an exciting time of growth.

Increased success has led to us needing more hands on deck and we are looking for a tenacious, trustworthy and proactive self-starter to join in and help with the day-to-day functions of the business.

We already have a few sales admin staff in our team; however, we are trying to streamline our functions and so by having more people in the office, staff can work more autonomously on their own tasks and manage their own areas of the sales function.

Although sometimes repetitive, sales admin is arguably one of the most important roles within our business as attention to detail when raising bookings is key to ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

As we are a small business, this is an amazing opportunity to come and learn about many different business functions and you will get involved with an element of accounts and invoicing, payment chasing, sales emails, taking and making calls and more.

Our team are a passionate and vibrant group and we want people with a can-do attitude.

The training you will be getting

Business Administration Level 3 Standard

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

For the right person, there will be further opportunities for development and for those with a keen flare for sales, there may be scope to move out of admin into an inbound/outbound sales role. For those who prefer admin functionalities, there will be opportunities to go into client account management or leadership roles within the business admin function. You will get out of the role, what you put into it and therefore you will understand that it takes time to get to the next level. We will be investing a lot of time into training and managing this person and so we want someone who is in it for the long term.
