What you will do in your working day

  • Accurately and skilfully undertake the panel repair / replacement on motor vehicles
  • Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
  • Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures
  • Keep work area clean, tidy and free from hazards
  • Ensure all health and safety, environmental and recycling policies, plus all internal policies and procedures are adhered to, focusing on customer needs and building upon the professional reputation of the company, reporting any concerns to the management team

Level 3 Accident Repair Technician Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Level 3 Accident Repair Technician - Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
  • Edexcel Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths (exemptions apply)
  • Block Release to college

Things to consider
