What you will do in your working day

  • You’ll gain a strong understanding of our brands, our customers, our distribution channels, our competitors and the industry as a whole
  • You’ll be at the heart of our business – talking to our customers via inbound calls, email communication & via our website from pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc, supporting them with maintenance requests for one of our beer pumps, or perhaps a cooler is broken
  • You’ll be based on a Hybrid basis at our main Head Office in Burton On Trent gaining both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks alongside building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the apprenticeship
