What you will do in your working day

In this role you will:

  • Develop an understanding of how the commercial sales process operates through spending time with teams which are 'in trade' and our customer groups
  • Explore the impact of building solid customer relationships, business development, marketing and selling as well as managing people
  • Learn about our total business model and the importance of how our other areas contribute to overall success of our commercial function
  • Use this new found knowledge to help accelerate your readiness for progressing into a future management role within the commercial function, or within the wider business

  • Chartered Manager (degree) Apprenticeship Standard
  • By successfully completing this programme you will gain a BSc in Leadership and Business Management from Aston University
