What you will do in your working day
You’ll be learning in the real-world of work as well as in the classroom. Developing some big career skills from the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer! You’re going to be working hard, so you deserve to be rewarded for it.
Duties may include but wouldn't be limited to:
- Developing skills in mechanical fitting
- Problem solving
- Planned maintenance
- Root cause analysis and coaching others
The training you will be getting
Our programme lasts four years and mixes block release college studies with real on the job work experience in a range of different electrical and mechanical engineering technologies, to provide extensive learning and application opportunities.
You will study the Level 3 Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship standard alongside other Nestlé Engineering Apprentices from around the UK, on block release at North West Training Council in Liverpool. This standard includes a Level 3 Diploma in Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance.
