What you will do in your working day

As a member of our Production Quality Support team, you will investigate the quality of our vehicles and components, working alongside your colleagues to ensure quick analysis of concerns, followed by the development and implementation of solutions.  You will also work cross functionally with other departments including Engineering, Production, and Design to guarantee the highest possible quality standards across all our vehicles, ensuring the best possible driving experience for our customers.

This is a 3-year scheme, that's been specially developed by Nissan in conjunction with a local college which combines theoretical and practical skills. You will gain valuable insight into all aspects of automotive and manufacturing quality.   

You’ll spend your first year at college full-time before the exciting work starts at our plant.  During years two and three you’ll work full-time, spending one day per week on day release at college, and four days at the plant where you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge whilst building world class experience.
