An exciting opportunity to work with a long standing Training Provider providing administrative support to the Learning & Development Team. If you have a good eye for detail and enjoy a varied role, with no day being the same, then this could be the perfect role for you. Future prospects to progress into coaching and mentoring Apprentices.

What you will do in your working day
General Administration Support for training and assessment team
Reception Services including greeting visitors, answering telephone etc. and ensuring Reception area is presentable ready for visitors
Personal File & Portfolio Archiving
Setting up Learner Portfolio via One Drive
Welcome emails to all new starters on programme
Sending weekly schedule of training
The training you will be getting
The successful candidate will complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship standard:
Level 3 Business Administration Standard
Functional Skill Level 2 in Maths
Functional Skill Level 2 in English
Knowledge-based off the job training will take place during the 18 months of the Apprenticeship
Any other duties which may be required from time to time, as discussed and agreed with the Line Manager.

You will develop skills and knowledge throughout the Apprenticeship. There are employment opportunities to apply for after the Apprenticeship to progress with this employer. This employer is committed to training employees in higher level qualifications
