What you will do in your working day

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

Locating case notes as required

Filing of investigation results in case notes

Taking telephone messages and passing them on efficiently

Preparing clinical records for outpatient appointments

Other Responsibilities: 

Supporting general office duties

Photocopying and Faxing

Sorting and dispatching mail to the appropriate department

Assist in the tasks and duties of other staff within the team during periods of staff leave/absence to ensure that an effective quality service is maintained at all times and contributing to the work of the team

The training you will be getting

The successful candidate will complete a Customer Service Practitioner L2 Apprenticeship standard:

-Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard

-Functional Skill Level 1 / 2 in Maths if required

-Functional Skill Level 1 / 2 in English if required

Knowledge-based off the job training will take place during the 15 months of the Apprenticeship

Any other duties which may be required from time to time, as discussed and agreed with the Line Manager.
