What you will do in your working day

  • Deliver a broad range of administrative services including document control and data input
  • Obtain supplier quotations, complete material requisitions for purchasing
  • Compile delivery dockets and complete GRNs (Goods received Notes)
  • Manage the purchasing of equipment/stationery for office
  • Manage weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes
  • Assist with preparing monthly billing against time and materials for projects
  • Manage site plant and tool register
  • Liaise with relevant departments at head office
  • Assist with on-site access and start up procedure for new employees
  • Assist with sourcing labour and accommodation for project
  • Liaising site HSEQ Audits for ISO purposes
  • Assist with pre-qualification documentation when necessary
  • Ad hoc assistance to all aspects of running an efficient and productive site office
