What you will do in your working day

Logistics is more than getting the product from A to B. At DHL Supply Chain we combine management and value-added services with our customised, integrated logistics solutions which drive resilience, and efficiency, improve quality, and create competitive advantage. Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all orders are processing and packed as per Customer requirements
  • Completing one-to-ones with Teams
  • Ensuring Safe systems of work and processes within the warehouse environment are being followed
  • Resource planning -  ensuring all roles within the warehouse domain are covered in order to process all of the daily orders.
  • Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are met
  • Ensuing Heath and Safety is paramount to all
  • Contributing to Continuous Improvement projects

The training you will be getting

  • As part of the Level 6 Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship, they will complete the learning on campus at Aston University and on-site learning at their dedicated DHL Supply Chain site
  • You will receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain
