What you will do in your working day

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • To assist the Logistic Specialists in compiling KPI data and with updating job files on the digital Freight Management System and associated hard copy documentation files
  • Participate in Operations & Team Meetings
  • Receive development and training in Freight Forwarding processes including, Quotations, Invoicing, Customs Clearance, Freight movement requirements covering Sea, Air and Road Freight
  • Complete Projects as required by Operations Team Lead, to which a driving licence may be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Other general administrative duties

Level 3 Business Administratior Apprenticeship Qualification, including Functional Skills maths and English if required. Delivery method and location of training to be confirmed.

There may be a full time position available upon the successful completition of this apprenticeship role.
