What you will do in your working day

A career in HR offers lots of variety and challenges along with lots of enjoyment.

Our HR Trainees will gain experience in all areas of HR (Managing Employee Cases/ Learning and Development/ Business Partnering/ Communications/ Reward and Employee Relations).

If successful following the Apprenticeship you may be offered a Higher Apprenticeship which involves a structured development programme consisting of both on the job learning and professional training. 

You will also have the opportunity to achieve qualifications which support you on the job development. You will have the opportunity to further your career and go onto gain your Charted Institute Personnel and Development Chartership.
