Standard full time working week Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. You may have to start at 7.30am for the morning shift or finish at 6.30pm for the afternoon shift. You are required to do overtime if the business need arises.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- The apprenticeship training will take place at Cygnets Childcare Redhill in partnership with a local Apprenticeship Training Provider
- Training can be online or at college (Employer to assess and inform the training methods)

Other requirements
Work involves intimate care and some heavy lifting. You must have the flexibility to dance, sing (does not matter even if it’s not in tune), run, jump, get wet, messy, muddy and play with children, no matter the weather. You must also see the positive side under all circumstances and be willing to explore and learn what's important to our children.
