Work involves intimate care and some heavy lifting. You must have the flexibility to dance, sing (does not matter even if it’s not in tune), run, jump, get wet, messy, muddy and play with children, no matter the weather. You must also see the positive side under all circumstances and be willing to explore and learn what's important to our children.
