What you will do in your working day
We are looking for reliable, dedicated & passionate new staff to join our expanding team to provide a professional and friendly care service to our service users in their own homes
As a Community Care Assistant you will:
Support our service users in a variety of ways depending on their needs, this could include but is not limited to:
- Giving person centred care to those who need it most
- Supporting both males & females
- Support with dressing & toileting
- Meal preparation & providing companionship
The training you will be getting
Throughout the apprenticeship you will be working towards your level 2 Diploma in Care and if required, Functional Skills. The apprenticeship will be delivered either face to face within the work place or virtually via teams. All hours will be agreed with the apprentice provider.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
After completing the level 2 diploma there will be opportunities to progress onto a level 3 diploma in health and social care.
