You will be dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks to support the administration department in all aspects of the business, primarily client servicing. What you will do in your working day

  • Scanning and distributing incoming mail.
  • Taking inbound phone calls and passing on messages.
  • Client liaison duties; distributing communications via email and post, scheduling meetings, greeting clients on arrival.
  • Liaising with provider call centres to chase outstanding information.

Qualification: City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma /Business administrator L3 apprenticeship standard

Training location: Wetherby, Leeds, West Yorkshire
On the job traning and monthly meetings with apprenticeship tutors.
