What you will do in your working day
The apprentice will work under the supervision of the Senior Pursuit Coordinators and Pursuit Leaders to support in the creation of winning pursuit submissions and client presentations. They will support with the administration and production of developing pursuits, through Market to Opportunity and Pursuit to Win phases.
Typical tasks and activities include:
- Create and support maintaining the Bid Management sharepoint site & collaboration hub
- Supporting Pursuit Leaders in setting up meetings, attending MORE sessions and meetings to capture action points and intelligence
- Producing documents, presentations and other pursuit materials to a clear brief, using established formats and software
- Collation of corporate information for pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) submissions
- Ensuring pursuit and proposal documentation is formatted, collated and presented in a professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to learn, grow and develop using our internal communities, team members and training materials
The training you will be getting
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, individuals will obtain a Level 3 qualification and will be eligible for membership of the Association of Bid and Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
This apprenticeship will be delivered by RHG Consulting through blended delivery with live webinars, on-line learning and distance learning resources. Apprentices will be given one day a week to work towards this apprenticeship.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The apprentice will develop and grow within in the team to a senior Bid Proposal Coordinator and then Persuit Lead.
