What you will do in your working day

The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience working in the business areas which support all of our products.

Through a combination of ‘off-the-job’ training, reviews and work placements, you will gain exposure to real challenges that support our business.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to:
•    Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity.

•    To demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

•    Problem-solving.
•    Develop your organisational skills.
•    Project management skills.

Typically you will be placed within one business area for the duration of your apprenticeship. Business areas include:
•    Business Development.
•    Commercial.
•    Manufacturing Operations.
•    Procurement.
•    Project Management.

  • Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data
  • Produce accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals
  • Liaise with internal/external customers
