We’re looking for:

We are looking for someone enthusiastic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in light property repairs and project work within our dynamic workspaces.

Duties:

  • Maintenance Support: Assist in conducting routine property inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Repairs and Upkeep: Perform minor repairs as directed
  • Project Assistance: Aid in larger renovation or improvement projects under the guidance of senior maintenance staff
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times
