What you will do in your working day
Your duties will include answering calls, Responding to emails, Greeting patients Printing and scanning Contacting patients for appointments Confirmation calls for appointments on the next day
The training you will be getting
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 Customer service practitioner standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
At the end of the apprenticeship you will receive a level 2 qualification in Customer Services. Following this there will be the potential for a full time job offer at minimum wage for your age group. Full training will be provided for the job role and support will be given if and when needed. We have a team of 3 working within the same building so workload will be monitored and shared out equally.
