What you will do in your working day
- Update and upload Network Week on week tracker to Renault.net
- Provide monthly update on verbatim analysis on painpoints by brand for sales and service
- Highlight changes in trends and deepdive into root causes
- Provide weekly follow-up of new model ratings (Drive to Five) highlighting under-performing dealers for follow-up
- Contribute to preparation and Corporate presentations (e.g. Board report, Customer Connection, Group reviews, Customer Committee)
- Assist with queries and respond within SLA timeframes
- Support Quality Assurance Manager with ad hoc reporting and projects (e.g. incentive programme follow-up
- Coordinate key KPIs updates for company, Board, and HQ presentations

- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
