We are a friendly and happy place to work. We can have from 5 to 45 people here training per day with an age range from 16- 65. We treat everyone equally and have a relaxed attitude, and have such varied courses that no 2 days are the same. We are looking for an apprentice to join our team!

What you will do in your working day
Daily duties will include:
- Emailing customers and answering inquiries
- Excel Spreadsheet tables and analysis
- Answering and making calls
- Scanning/ photocopying
- Producing certificates (PDF)
- Filing
- Shredding
- Front of house / meet and greet
- Uploading information to awarding bodies
- Mail out
- Database / renewal - expiry
- Updating current files / policies
The training you will be getting
The successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship will achieve a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
The apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Once the qualification is gained we will hopefully be offering a full-time position and any further training, they will also be put through all the training we offer here so that they have an insight into what we as a centre are offering, We hope that the right person will grow with us.
