What you will do in your working day

Objectives of this Role:

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation
  • Assist colleagues with workload
  • Assist the Management Team with Key Performance Indicators to maximise efficiency and accountability
  • Assist the Management Team with the accounts and financial affairs
  • Support developing the business and maximise sales
  • Supporting general administration tasks

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Support a small team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Assist the management with timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist accounts invoicing and credit control to ensure all revenue is captured
  • Monitor emails and respond accordingly
  • Assisting in updating social media channels

  • Positive attitude, willing to work flexibly to meet needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team and unaccompanied
  • Clear communication, both verbal and written
  • Good organisational skills; able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and targets where appropriate
