What you will do in your working day
Objectives of this Role:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation
- Assist colleagues with workload
- Assist the Management Team with Key Performance Indicators to maximise efficiency and accountability
- Assist the Management Team with the accounts and financial affairs
- Support developing the business and maximise sales
- Supporting general administration tasks
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Support a small team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Assist the management with timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist accounts invoicing and credit control to ensure all revenue is captured
- Monitor emails and respond accordingly
- Assisting in updating social media channels
Preferred Skills:
- Positive attitude, willing to work flexibly to meet needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and unaccompanied
- Clear communication, both verbal and written
- Good organisational skills; able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and targets where appropriate
