What you will do in your working day

  • To identify the customer’s needs and use the computer system to make a booking
  • To support the Aftersales team to look after customers, duties will include making job cards and invoices
  • To communicate with customers by email, telephone and in person
  • To support the sales team in using social media platforms to generate leads
  • Product awareness
  • To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards at all times
  • Driving duties will also be included within the role

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Training will be work based and will be delivered by the training provider via monthly Face to Face and / or Online sessions, all at the work place
  • The company will also provide specific training related to the duties of the role

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • The role is intended to be permanent following successful completion of the apprenticeship and training
  • Working in this business will give good exposure to many aspects of the motor industry. Whilst on the apprenticeship the successful candidate will spend time in a variety of departments to gain experience and competence
  • The business is very keen to employ someone that can grow with the business and will provide opportunities to do so
