What you will do in your working day
The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
Full training will be given for the role which will involve:
- Telephone duties – dealing with customers on the phone, handling sales, returns and delivery enquiries
- Filing – handling Purchase orders andmatching to delivery notes ensuring the correct stock is delivered
- General Office administrator work
- Progression to inputting invoices etc into Sage accounts system, ensuring suppliers are paid on time

- Level 3 Business Administration Standard
- All training will be delivered within the workplace
