Apprentice Administration Assistant SWIFT ELECTRICAL WHOLESALERS (S-O-T) LTD
The role is varied and will cover Purchase Ledger administration such as posting invoices and following up enquiries with suppliers. The role will also look after the general expenses of the business.

- Purchase Ledger
- Invoice queries
- Booking in deliveries
- Dealing with enquiries
- General expenses
The training you will be getting
Training will be provided by the Department Heads as well as an element of external training provided by suppliers…if there is a specific IT system used.
- The Level 3 Business Administration qualification will be carried out by Acacia Training
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
