What you will do in your working day
- Assist mechanics in diagnosing and troubleshooting automotive problems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
- Conduct inspections to identify and assess vehicle repairs
- Replace worn or damaged parts
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve automotive issues
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Document repairs and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 Autocare Technician Apprenticeship
- Training will be at Bridgwater & Taunton College- Taunton Campus
- Training is block release of one week blocks every 4-5 weeeks for the duration of the aprpenticeship
- Training location to be confirmed
