What you will do in your working day

• Dealing with telephone calls
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Providing refreshments for colleagues and clients
• Using In-house CRM system.
• To be trained in all aspects of mortgages and insurances within a growing business
• General day-to-day office duties

Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in QUAL, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
