You will work at our Granby Adult Learning Centre in Park Road, Liverpool L8 2TU in a small, friendly team. It is a rewarding and ideal position for somebody who has a good eye for detail.

What you will do in your working day
- Support the day-to-day work of the Service/Senior Managers and to distribute incoming and outgoing mail, photocopy, answer the telephone and to undertake other general and clerical duties
- Staff the service helpline providing advice and information to students in connection to course queries, and to signpost students to other staff/services as appropriate for guidance/support
- Input service data into a variety service databases/including all aspects of student records, personnel records, financial records, and quality assurance records
