About the employer

Little Ripley Day Nursery on Short Heath road opened in 2002. Due to our increasing demand and success, we had a extension in 2010 so we can now offer care for 52 children. We have five spacious and well equipped rooms offering a fun and educational environment for children from 6 weeks- 5 years. We are very fortunate to have a very large outside space, which the children love to explore all year round. The children enjoy planting seeds and growing vegetables in the spring, splashing around in the paddling pools and sprinklers in the summer, collecting leaves and conkers in the autumn and building snowmen and sledging in the winter. We always find time to get the magnifying glasses out and go on a mini beast hunt. We have 16 long serving members of staff working within the nursery, including a cook who prepares fresh nutritious meals every day. All members of staff have NVQ level 3 and CRB checks.
