We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be working alongside our experienced property manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and running’s of all our properties. We do expect a professional approach, excellent communication, and an ability to work on your own initiative.

What you will do in your working day
- Addressing tenant complaints and concerns
- Liaising with the landlords
- Maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants and landlords
- Enforcing occupancy rules
- Liaising with all different departments regarding any problems in the properties (i.e. maintenance, lettings, accounts)
- Responsible for arranging check-ins, check-outs and property inspections for the properties
- Overseeing property inspections to ensure properties are being maintained within standard
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Staying updated with all property related laws and regulations
The training you will be getting
- You will receive regular [monthly] training and support from a qualified expert in Business Administration [assessor] from Woodspeen Training Ltd
- Training is delivered face to face in the workplace or via Teams online meetings
- Full training is provided on all associated administration tasks within the office environment
- Business administrator
Level 3 - An End Point Assessment [EPA] is completed after 18 months on programme. This is an external examination board who will assess all your work, portfolio and skills learnt within the apprenticeship
