What you will do in your working day
- Guest Services: Greet and assist guests during the night shift, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Safety and Security: Monitor and maintain the security of the premises by conducting regular checks and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations, registration, and inquiries
- Housekeeping Support: Perform light cleaning and tidying tasks to ensure the appearance and cleanliness of common areas
- Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact for emergency situations, following established procedures and protocols
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to acquire knowledge and skills related to the hospitality industry
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night shift team, including front desk staff, security personnel, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
- Documentation: Maintain records and logs of activities during the shift, including incident reports, guest interactions, and maintenance requests
- Professionalism: Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and behaviour in line with company policies
