What you will do in your working day
- Liasing with customers to arrange suitable dates for operations team
- Liaising with internal deaprtments and external companies to complete operational requirements
- Arranging road closures
- Scheduling crews to different jobs
- Booking Hotels, working with spreadsheets and assisting with customer queries
The training you will be getting
- Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard as a qualification
- Training will be both on the job and at City College Norwich
- College will be 12 full days plus master classses and workshops spread over 18 months
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- A position may be available for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship
- The business is looking for somebody who wants to develop and gain a full-time position following their apprenticeship
