What you will do in your working day

  • Liasing with customers to arrange suitable dates for operations team
  • Liaising with internal deaprtments and external companies to complete operational requirements
  • Arranging road closures
  • Scheduling crews to different jobs
  • Booking Hotels, working with spreadsheets and assisting with customer queries

The training you will be getting

  • Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard as a  qualification
  • Training will be both on the job and at City College Norwich
  • College will be 12 full days plus master classses and workshops spread over 18 months

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • A position may be available for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship
  • The business is looking for somebody who wants to develop and gain a full-time position following their apprenticeship

Within the Falcon Group is Falcon Tower Crane Services, the largest tower crane supplier in the UK and one of the largest in the world with just under 450 tower cranes nationwide. Falcon Power Generation with 400 generators nationwide along with Falcon Freight who operate a fleet of 27 HGV vehicles with a selection of units supporting artic and rigid HIAB cranes. We operate from 6 locations across the UK, with our head office based in Shipdham Norfolk. The other locations being Dunstable, Manchester, Lanark, Swinton, and Bristol. We currently operate over 430 tower cranes, 300 diesel generators, 25 HGV trucks, and have a training department and shot blast and spray booths. We employ 428 personnel across all depots.
