What you will do in your working day

  • Liasing with customers to arrange suitable dates for operations team
  • Liaising with internal deaprtments and external companies to complete operational requirements
  • Arranging road closures
  • Scheduling crews to different jobs
  • Booking Hotels, working with spreadsheets and assisting with customer queries

The training you will be getting

  • Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard as a  qualification
  • Training will be both on the job and at City College Norwich
  • College will be 12 full days plus master classses and workshops spread over 18 months

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • A position may be available for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship
  • The business is looking for somebody who wants to develop and gain a full-time position following their apprenticeship

Falcon Power Generation with 400 generators nationwide along with Falcon Freight who operate a fleet of 27 HGV vehicles with a selection of units supporting artic and rigid HIAB cranes.
