What you will do in your working day

• Inputting training information onto our spreadsheets.
• Printing and generating training paperwork and workbooks.
• Undertaking industry learning
• Answering the phones and dealing with customers’ requests.
• Ensuring all operatives have all paperwork they need.
• Storing and saving paperwork in line with our policies.
• Undertaking regular data analysis activities.
• Downloading and saving pressure test data.
• Troubleshooting issues with printers or computers

The training you will be getting

Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
