Annual wage
£8,236.80
Performance based bonuses and travel expenses. The annual wage will be discussed in full at interview stage as it will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What you will do in your working day
Main activities, duties and responsibilities:
- Assist the delivery of our coaching program in schools
- To plan and deliver sessions in accordance with the session's plans
- To identify and meet the needs of the participants
- To maintain discipline and safety during sessions
- To complete the appropriate evaluation and feedback forms including attendance registers and assessment sheets
- Attend and complete coaching courses
- Assist with the co-ordination of children’s holiday activities
The training you will be getting
The program will consist of online learning, webinars, practical workshops and workplace visits from a tutor.
On completion you will achieve a level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification. As well as;
- Opportunities to gain National Governing Body Coaching Awards
- Functional Skills in maths and English Level 2 (if required)
- Opportunities to attend additional qualifications (such as first aid etc.)
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Full-time position with Sport2day
- Further apprentice training level 3 or 4
- Progression to subject leader or area manager positions
