What you will do in your working day
Purpose of Role
- To support the administrative duties inclusive of the design and prototype departments
Job Role and Duties
- Drawing Distribution (Digitally and Production Hard Copies)
- Control and Maintenance of Design Associated Documents
- Processing of Design/Prototype documentation and forms
- KPI Recording
- Respond to Ad Hoc Internal Drawing Requests
- Supporting administration duties as required
The training you will be getting
Hull College will deliver the Apprenticeship Standard Business Administrator Level 3.
Plus Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.

- BOM Technician
- BOM data entry into SAGE
- Maintain data following product changes and updates
- BOM updates into SAGE during validation of prototype builds
