What you will do in your working day
- As a member of the Workshop team this role covers a wide variety of tasks within the Service Department
- The primary role is the refurbishment and preparation of Sharp and Ricoh multifunctional machines (MFDs).
- This involves pre checking for faults, full disassembly and rebuild in preparation for delivery-installation
The training you will be getting
The training for this course is 1 day a week at college and 4 days a week with the employer.
End result will be an apprenticeship as an Engineering operative
Level 2 (maintenance route). You will also be skilled at L1 maths & English.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Progression route could possibly be on site maintenance engineer.
