What you will do in your working day
- Provide waxing services
- Provide hand and nail treatments
- Provide foot treatments
- Provide facial treatments
- Provide eyelash and eyebrow treatments
- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned of their arrival
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Inform clients about new services and discounts - Maintain a tidy reception area
- Order salon stock if needed

- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills Maths (if required)
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills English (if required)
