What you will do in your working day
We are looking for a business apprentice that will fit in with our office environment. They will undertake a variety of activities:
- To action email requests from internal and external communications in a timely manner
- Meeting preparation for clients to a high standard
- Actioning filing and distributing post
- Contact clients to keep them updated with the progress of new business and information requests
- Support our marketing activities such as events, social media and website
- Any other ad hoc administration tasks
The training you will be getting
You will work towards gaining an industry recognised Level 3 qualification in Business Administration and throughout your apprenticeship you will receive support and training from specialist staff within Scott & Associates, with onsite and remote apprenticeship training delivered by our specialist training provider, Smart Training & Recruitment Ltd.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
On completion of the successful apprenticeship, a full-time position will be available to the right candidate and progression can be as far as becoming a para planner or a financial advisor.
