What you will do in your working day

Your daily role will include a variety of tasks including:

Person specification:

·       4/C or above in Maths and English GCSEs.

·       Friendly telephone manner.

·       Excellent communication skills.

The training you will be getting

The apprenticeship will last approximately 18 months and at the end of the apprenticeship, you will hold a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
