What you will do in your working day
Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with patient enquiries both by phone and face to face
- Booking appointments and updating and maintaining patient records
- Inputting patient information and maintaining records on company intranet IT database
- General filing into medical records
- Liaising with various external health related agencies
The training you will be getting
- You will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, with a combination of classroom and on the job training
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- This is initially a 15-month contract but you will be given the opportunity to access future prospects within the NHS and Federation of Surgeries
