This apprenticeship will offer you the chance to work alongside our head chef, food prep and correct storage of food items. You will work with a friendly and hardworking team who will help you along your apprenticeship course and make sure you receive the training you need. Duties will include preparing food, serving food and taking orders.

- You will receive Commis chef Level 2 (GCSE)
- You will attend our waterfront centre once a week for your college day release
- You will receive basic kitchen training
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required

- qualifications, like an NVQ in a relevant field
- industry or sector experience
