What you will do in your working day

  • Meeting and greeting customers in a customer facing environment
  • Advising customers around products and services provided by Fonteyn Ltd
  • Processing orders for completion after customers have placed orders
  • Process paperwork on behalf of the company with regards to customers purchases

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Level 2  Apprenticeship Practitioner qualification on completion of the apprenticeship
  • On site training, learning and a mentor provided by the employer 
  • North Warwickshire and South Leicester College will be the training provider
  • The training provider will provide Webinar Teams Sessions every 4 weeks
