What you will do in your working day
- Meeting and greeting customers in a customer facing environment
- Advising customers around products and services provided by Fonteyn Ltd
- Processing orders for completion after customers have placed orders
- Process paperwork on behalf of the company with regards to customers purchases
The training you will be getting
- Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Practitioner qualification on completion of the apprenticeship
- On site training, learning and a mentor provided by the employer
- North Warwickshire and South Leicester College will be the training provider
- The training provider will provide Webinar Teams Sessions every 4 weeks
